The July/August issue of the Tennessee Wildlife
Magazine will be the twelfth annual Wildlife Calendar,
according to the Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency (TWRA).
This twelfth edition features photographs of native
Tennessee wildlife and is bursting with tidbits of
important and useful information about the wildlife
species that inhabit our state. If you do not already
receive the Tennessee Wildlife Magazine, you may receive
the calendar and one year's subscription to Tennessee
Wildlife for $10 for one year. You may subscribe to the
magazine at any license agent or by mail at TWRA, Magazine
Subscription, P.O. Box 40747, Nashville, TN 37204. Rates
are $10/year, $17/2 years, or $25/3 years. You can give
Tennessee Wildlife as a gift at the same rates. If you
order the gift subscription soon, your friend will start
receiving the magazine with the calendar issue.

Saturday, June 22nd, NHRA drag racing along with
7.50 Heads Up with Pro Tree. Gates open at 2:00 p.m., Jr.
Dragster time trials at 2:30 p.m., regular time trials at
4:00 p.m. and eliminations around 7:00 p.m.
July 6th - NHRA National Dragster Challenge -
$5,000 to win Pro and $2,000 to win Sportsman. Also...the
"Dixie Doorslammers" will be there.
July 7th - NHRA Castrol GTX Jr. Dragster 10th
Anniversary - Junior Dragsters only. |
